In the heat of a Las Vegas summer in 2024, a bulldog named Reba was left for dead inside a sealed container; an unspeakable act of cruelty that shook our community to its core. Her death was not only tragic; it was preventable. Out of this heartbreak rose a spark: the fight for Reba’s Law (AB381). Named in her honor, the bill aimed to finally enforce meaningful consequences for those who abuse or abandon animals.
